Arkitekten: Skitseprojekt, pris-overslag, tegninger til ansøgning om byggetilladelse, kontakten til myndigheder, udbudsmateriale, forhandling med entreprenører, entreprisekontrakt, byggestyring

Kommunen: Behandling af ansøgning om byggetilladelse, udstedelse af tilladelse med tilknyttede betingelser

Ingeniøren: Last, vindtryk og og styrkeberegninger for spær, tagkonstruktion og bærende murværk

Landinspektøren:  Højdekoter samt målinger af afstand til naboskel som dokumentation til byggetilladelsen

Entreprenøren: Tilbudsgivning, ansvarlig for samlet entreprise herunder diverse underentrepriser såsom murer, blikkenslager m.v.

Elektrikeren: El omlægning ifbm. entre og trappehul, el til ny førstesal, ny HPFI relæ og to nye sikringsgrupper.

Jeppe: min gamle ven , vigtig kilde til viden om processen set fra bygherre-side; Jeppe’s (og Anne’s) hus fik en udnyttet førstesal nogle år siden og projektet forløb godt. Jeppe lavede en hjemmeside med billeder så man løbende kunne følge med: So ein ding muss ich auch haben… - og hermed blev idéen om denne blog reelt født.
